We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with the applicable shipping company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued. If you are not satisfied with your hot sauce product(s) for any reason, and your order was placed within 30 days, we will gladly accept returns of product(s) and will issue credit for product(s) returned in unopened condition, less any shipping expenses.
